However despite low sales numbers home prices remain high and the median sales price for 1, 2, and 3-4 family homes continues to increase month over month.

The buyer demand remains very strong despite the low inventory and high rates. I would expect to see this market continue for the foreseeable future. Experts are predicting in increase of sales nationwide in 2025, and I believe we will see this in our local market as well.
